Stack Online Monitoring System

HORIBA ENDA-5000

DESCRIPTION:

The ENDA-5000 series is a HORIBA’s measuring unit for stack gas analysis. This device gives continuous simultaneous and high precision measurement of NOx, SO2, CO, CO2 and O2, monitoring emission from stack facilities air quality monitoring and measures the efficacy of pollution control.

FEATURES:

Magnificently easy and secure platform developed by ECOLYSER to access and cumulate data from registered device. One compact device for determining precise individual parameter NOX, SO2, CO, CO2 and O2 as well as metrological parameters like Wind speed, Wind direction, Temperature, Relative Humidity (RH), Robust shelter built for operating under severe conditions, built in automatic temperature dispenser makes it ideal for generating exact and stable readings without getting affected by excessive humidity or temperature operates without large power consumption.

Future ready key aspects like Remote Data Collection, one touch evaluation of Data flow through area grid installation for precise prediction of heat maps and pollution mapping, Ultrafast processing system with maximum uptime and 24X7 support from HORIBA and their extended arms reach every site throughout the globe. This Multi-parameter environmental grid monitoring station is a specialised instrument for urban grid environment pollution.

APPLICATIONS
Real monitoring in Industrial areas
Deriving heat maps for future trends.
Environmental monitoring in commercial communities and small cities.

ADVANTAGES
No need for optical adjustment.
A stable zero point.
Cross flow modulated non dispersive infrared (NDIR) detection is renowned for long term stability.
Continuous cleaning keeps the cell clean.
An interference compensation detector compensates for interference from H2O during NOx and SO2 measurement.
A CO2 sensor constantly measures and makes corrections to compensate for CO2 interference in NOx measurements.
