OPSA-150

DESCRIPTION:

The OPSA-150 is a new organic pollutant monitor that uses HORIBA's proprietary Rotary Cell Length Modulation, a measuring technique incorporating 25 years of expertise. The unit can be used as an organic pollutant monitor at drainage systems for determining compliance with COD/BOD monitoring regulation, for monitoring quality of water measuring levels of organic matter at water supply intakes, ands as an organic monitor on process lines (phenol meter).

FEATURES:

Sensor that makes full use of Rotary Cell Length Modulation (Patented)
Zero drift correction is performed in every cycle of measurement. This correction can eliminate the effect of any interference on cells.
Cell length modulation provides readings from multiple measurements, making available results from various cell lengths. This allows the single device to make measurements on a large range of concentrations from as low as 0 to 0.1 Abs, up to 0 to 5.0 Abs.

    Autosampler

    A unit that is meant to collect samples from a mail line. The unit consists of provision to collect samples on timer-based functionality to allow both grab and composite samples. This unit is not connected to the internet and is a generic device. Autosampler Images Added



    STEM: Sys-Automated Technology for Effluent Management

    Valve Details: The component controls the direction of discharge whether to be allowed to flow forward or returned to the treatment process. This is done by installing a three-way valve at discharge point after the OCEMS sampling point. The return valve is necessary since it avoids the system to be in state of deadlock where if the effluent is locked by a valve and the sensor keeps measuring the same effluent, the treated effluent can never reach sensor unless it is returned back so as to circulate the effluent.
